Shipping

I work hard to ensure all of my stained glass pieces are shipped with the utmost care. I ship all items carefully packed in layers of foam, bubble wrap, and cardboard, along with care instructions. I try to reuse packaging materials, so it's not the prettiest, but it protects it!

  • Shipping: I ship Royal Mail International Tracked & Royal Mail Tracked 48

    • Made to Order: These items take 4-6 weeks to ship
    • Ready to Ship: These items take 1-5 business days to ship

  • Cost of Shipping:

      • USA: $10-$34 depending on size of item/package. *I know shipping costs aren't ideal, but the fee covers the materials, purchase of the label, tracking, and insurance in case breakage happens. Shipping overseas is not cheap. Thank you for understanding!*
      • UK: FREE

  • Duration of Shipping: When shipping to USA, packages could take up to 7-10 business days. This may vary due to customs, weather or unforeseen conditions I cannot control.

  • Handling Time: 1-3 days. 

Items damaged upon arrival

There is nothing more frustrating as a seller than having a item you ship arrive damaged in the mail. It is the last thing I ever hope to happen when I send my stained glass pieces out. That said, there are some things you can’t control and this is one of them. I always purchase mail insurance when shipping and I happily will repair damaged items. If this happens to you please send me a note and we can make arrangements to get your piece fixed ASAP. (*please note that depending on glass availability there is potential for the project to look differently once repaired, I will try my best to match it as exact as I can).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled BEFORE I begin to create your custom order or have shipped your order, once I cut glass for your custom project or have shipped your order no cancellations will be allowed.

Returns

I do accept returns up to 14 days after purchase if you are unhappy with your item as long is it is NOT a custom order. Buyer must pay return shipping costs. I do not take returns on custom order as it could be impossible for me to re-sell.
